The doctor made sure to cover everything and answered all of our questions … More as well as making a few suggestions specific to our new location. Credit cards have an add-on fee of 2%, but checks are for the face amount. Cash is accepted, but only for the exact amount. They also provide Jefferson County dog licenses.
